

Dr. Hannah is a native Kansan who attended Kansas University and UMKC Dental School. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Louisville in 1986 and joined Dr. Radke in practice. He enjoys the challenges and rewards of the orthodontic profession and especially the personal aspect of getting to know the patients and their families. Dr. Hannah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and past president of The Kansas State Association of Orthodontists and The Greater Kansas City Society of Orthodontists. He lives in Prairie Village with his wife Carolyn and sons Baylor and Noland. Dr. Hannah keeps busy outside the office with many family activities and enjoys raising cattle on his ranch outside of Gardner.
Dr. Oltjen grew up near Hiawatha, Kansas and is a former patient of Dr. Radke. He attended Kansas State University and received his DDS degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He completed his M.S. degree and orthodontic residency at the University of Oklahoma in 1994 and joined Drs. Radke and Hannah in practice. Dr. Oltjen sits on the Executive Council of our local dental society and is involved in Rotary, Catholic Charities and Junior Achievement. He shares Dr. Hannah's philosophy of offering each patient quality personalized care and brings the latest in new technologies to the practice. He and his wife Rita reside in Leawood with their son Will and two daughters Elizabeth and Jane Marie. Dr. Oltjen enjoys golf, deep sea fishing and football, especially K-State and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Dr. Hannah and Dr. Oltjen are both Board Certified Orthodontists. Involvement in the certification process is a demonstration of the orthodontist's pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence. The certification process involves a thorough Written Examination covering all areas of information on which an orthodontist should be knowledgeable. Successful passage allows the orthodontist to present treated cases, which will be evaluated by expert examiners of the Board during a Clinical Examination. Dr. Radke founded the practice in 1959. He helped pioneer developments in orthodontic care. The office staff, treatment environment and policies reflect his commitment to offering a highly personalized approach to patient treatment and care. Committed to the community and his profession, Dr. Radke has been a part of numerous organizations and served on the Kansas Dental Board. Dr. Radke has retired from active practice and lives on a horse farm south of Olathe. He enjoys his thoroughbred racehorses and spending time with his family, including 8 grandchildren.
