We are excited to offer our patients three convenient locations in the Kansas City metro area. These offices are located in Olathe, Overland Park, and Lenexa. We are in one of the three locations Monday through Friday and some Saturday mornings. We also have a business office next door to the Olathe clinic that is open Monday through Friday to assist our patients in any financial arrangements. We also have an office located in Northeast Kansas in Atchison and an office west of the metro area in Emporia. Here is a little about each of our five offices.

Olathe Office

You are seeing the "crew" who staffs our Olathe office. We are in the Olathe office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Saturday mornings. Nancy and Margie, our receptionists, will greet you and schedule your appointments. Diane, Amber, and Ellen will introduce you to our practice and help explain your treatment needs. It was no small move, but we did it! Our new location at 6200 W. 135th Street in Overland Park is officially open! On Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Saturday mornings you will find Janet, our receptionist, ready to greet you and schedule your appointments. The office staff includes Diane, Amber, Mary, and Ellen, who will introduce you to our practice and help explain your treatment needs. Lenexa Office

Tuesdays and Fridays find the staff in our Lenexa office each week. Carol and Genise coordinate the front office to greet you and meet your scheduling needs. The Lenexa Office also includes a full service orthodontic lab. Steve, Matt, and Linda are on staff throughout the week to provide another special support service to our patients. Here you will find Paula, our receptionist, who will greet you as you arrive and schedule your appointments. There to introduce you to the practice is Judy and Laurie, who will help explain your treatment needs. Olathe Business Office

In our business office, you will find Jean, who handles our patients' insurance needs. She brings many years of experience from the medical office area and has been with Drs. Hannah and Oltjen for over 7 years. If you have any questions about your insurance, don't hesitate to give her a call.

Debi joined the business office 5 years ago after working 23 years in our clinic as an assistant. Debi takes care of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, ordering clinic supplies, and many other tasks. We are glad to have her in the business office!

Behind the computer you will find Ramona. She has been with Drs. Hannah and Oltjen for 17 years with a number of responsibilities including the correspondence to our patients, employee payroll and benefits, scheduling, computer upgrades and software, and other essential jobs.

Sarah has been with Drs. Hannah and Oltjen for over 5 years assisting in the business office. Her responsibilities include marketing, digital photography, and assisting the doctors with their correspondence. Sarah is also the receptionist for our myofunctional therapist, Mr. Brooks, in the Olathe office on Saturday mornings.

Kelly manages our Olathe Lab. You will see her work in the models you are shown at your treatment review and in the retainers you will wear. She enjoys the "creative" side to her work and has been with us for 8 years.
